Andy Lee joined the Govoni Group as a 2004 honours graduate in Business Studies & Information Management from Leeds Metropolitan University. Now fulfilling the Visa Specialist and Operations Supervisor roles, Andy utilizes his educational background where he developed an extraordinary ability to focus on the detail and depth required to prepare complex business visa cases. During his time at university Andy also gained valuable work experience with a major UK retail corporation, advancing his customer service skills to the level expected by Govoni International’s clients. Rachel Bryan comes to Govoni International, from a professional background in legal services, customer relationship and account management. Her background sees Rachel ideally placed to fulfil the role of Visa Administrator, which requires her to co-ordinate the many functions required to pull together our clients diverse re-location requirements. Drawing on her indispensable experience of working a diverse and fast paced environment Rachel has developed clinical and exacting standards of work, an essential quality needed to achieve both ours and our clients goals. Our administrative assistant Wilma Steels supports the whole visa team in ensuring the many functions required within the intense petition building process are administered to and are running efficiently. Covering our operations department is Andrew Steels, who makes certain the many functions required to support the work of the Govoni International office run smoothly at all times.
